About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Field Sales to lead the strategic and operational aspects of the field sales organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the field sales strategy and execution across a national DSD distributor network, leading a large field organization, and building repeatable sales playbooks. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in scaling high-growth beverage brands, significant experience in beverage or alcohol field sales, and a deep understanding of DSD distributors, wholesalers, and field execution. The Vice President of Field Sales will also be tasked with developing KPIs, forecasting tools, and market business meeting processes, as well as driving measurable distribution gains and fostering a culture of accountability, urgency, and creativity. Applicants for the Vice President of Field Sales position at the company should have a strong background in sales leadership, including experience managing a large team with multiple direct reports.
