Clinic, home, and communityStrong compensation and professional supportEntry-level candidates welcomeWhat You'll Do:Provide therapeutic and self-care interventions to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR)Monitor patient performance to ensure exercises and activities are completed safely and correctlyParticipate in team meetings and case conferences to support coordinated care plansDocument daily treatment notes and weekly progress accurately and on timeMaintain treatment areas, therapy equipment, and suppliesEducate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment techniques under OTR guidanceSupport administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth clinic operationsRequirements:What We're Looking For:Required Qualifications:Associate degree from an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant programCurrent Montana OTA license, or ability to obtain licensuresCPR certificationValid driver's licensePreferred Skills & Competencies:Compassion and patience when working with patients and familiesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsPhysical capability to lift patients, carry equipment, and remain active throughout the dayHigh attention to detail and ability to follow treatment plans preciselyStrong organizational skills and respect for patient confidentialityBenefits:Compensation & Benefits:Negotiable Hourly Rate (dependent on education and experience)Relocation Assistance: NegotiableContinuing Education StipendLicense Fee ReimbursementWork Environment:Outpatient settingCombination of clinic-based, in-home, and community servicesSupportive team culture focused on quality care over volume
