Power Platform Architect

Salary: $90,000 - 190,000 per year Requirements:

• We bring 10+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform.
• We have experience with CCaaS or Omnichannel.
• We hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• We have hands-on development experience in Java, Python, or .NET.
• We have a proven track record of leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations, with a strong portfolio of CRM and ERP programs.
• We possess deep expertise in Dynamics 365 capabilities, configuration, and integration approaches.
• We have strong project management skills and can guide cross-functional teams in fast-moving environments.
• We communicate clearly and can explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification is strongly preferred.
• We understand how Dynamics 365 integrates with other enterprise platforms such as Salesforce.

• We develop and execute a detailed implementation roadmap for Dynamics 365 that aligns with client goals and supports seamless CRM and ERP integration.
• We assess business processes to identify opportunities for optimization and automation through Dynamics 365.
• We recommend the most effective organizational and team structures to support the Dynamics 365 environment.
• We provide hands-on configuration and implementation support across multiple Dynamics 365 modules, from pilots through large-scale deployments.
• We lead the rollout of the Dynamics 365 Customer Service module, including multi-work-center setup and external self-service capabilities.
• We oversee pilot implementations for HR and Finance modules and tailor them to client requirements.
• We collaborate across client teams to ensure a coordinated and unified implementation approach.
• We design and deliver training to users at all levels and provide ongoing support to drive adoption and effective use of the platform.
• We continuously evaluate system performance and lead improvement efforts to enhance functionality, user experience, and business value.
