Staff Accountant

We are partnering with a growing manufacturing and agricultural organization seeking a Staff Accountant to join their team in Western Kansas. Responsibilities Handle grain settlements, contract applications, and related accounting activities Support daily invoicing and manufacturing accounting processes Perform freight matching for inbound and outbound shipments Assist with month‑end close, account reconciliations, and inventory capitalization calculations Prepare ad hoc reporting and variance analysis Support additional accounting and operational finance functions as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required 1+ years of accounting experience preferred Strong understanding of GAAP principles Advanced Excel skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilitiesHigh attention to detail with strong communication skills This role offers exposure to inventory, manufacturing, and operational accounting while working closely with leadership in a team‑oriented environment.
