About Our Agency
I opened my agency in 2017 and currently lead a team of seven. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in sports management and was looking for a career that offered greater flexibility while still allowing me to help people and build a successful business. Our agency is built around teamwork and celebrating success together. We believe in recognizing hard work, supporting one another, and creating an environment where everyone has the opportunity to grow. We offer a 401(k) with employer match, a health stipend, licensing reimbursement, bonus opportunities beyond commission, Friday team lunches, and celebrations for hitting goals - including early office closings. We believe in rewarding hard work while maintaining a positive, enjoyable workplace. Our culture is highly team-oriented, and I'm looking for someone who is ambitious, fearless, and brings a can-do attitude every day. If you're motivated to grow, enjoy working with people, and want to be part of a team that pushes each other to succeed, we'd love to meet you.
