Requirements:

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
Strong attention to detail and accurate counting skills
Ability to meet production deadlines
Dependable attendance and solid work ethic
Team-oriented attitude
Flexibility to assist different departments
Ability to follow instructions and production procedures

Job Duties:

Assemble casing spacers
Count and organize production parts
Inspect components for accuracy
Help the team meet daily production goals
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist other production departments as needed
Follow all quality and safety procedures
