Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in Parker, WA. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $39.30 - $48.14, along with a $2,100.00 sign-on bonus. Responsibilities Provide high-quality patient care, assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, and monitor patient progress. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes and educate patients and their families on health management and treatment options. Administer medications, perform diagnostic tests, document patient information accurately, and respond promptly to patient emergencies. Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for patients. Qualifications Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
