Full-time What You’ll Do Lead and inspire a talented team to deliver exceptional member experiences and achieve branch goals. Coach and develop employees to drive growth, teamwork, and service excellence. Oversee branch operations, lending, and member services with integrity, compliance, and sound judgment. Build community connections through events, partnerships, and SEG relationships. Manage staffing, performance, and resources to ensure efficiency and a positive workplace culture. Maintain branch facilities, security, and vendor partnerships to create a safe, welcoming environment. Promote Advancial’s values of integrity, care, and innovation in everything you do. You’ll guide a team of five, fostering collaboration, growth, and accountability while shaping the branch’s success and reputation in the community. Requirements Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field — or equivalent experience. (Preferred, not required) Experience: 1–2 years in financial services, sales, or leadership is a plus — but we value drive, teamwork, and a passion for helping members just as much as experience.
