• Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
• Hours/week: 36
• Employment Type: Contract / Full-time
• License/Certs: BLS, ACLS required; IV start, Telemetry, Vent management, Swan-Ganz, Conscious sedation, Balloon pumps, PA lines, Epic experience preferred
• Experience: 2+ years' Cardiac ICU experience preferred

• Pay Rate: $59.18/hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide specialized care to cardiac ICU patients with complex needs
• Manage ventilators, IV therapy, and hemodynamic monitoring
• Utilize advanced skills including Swan-Ganz lines and balloon pumps
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient-centered care
• Support patients through critical recovery and stabilization
• Document accurately and efficiently using Epic EMR
• Float within units of similar or lower acuity as needed

What You Need:
Required:

• Valid Ohio RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• At least 2 years of Cardiac ICU experience
• Proficiency in IV start, Telemetry, Vent management, Swan-Ganz, and conscious sedation
• Epic EMR experience

Preferred:

• Prior travel nursing experience
• Experience with balloon pumps and PA lines
