As part of a rapidly growing division, the company is investing heavily in its microcontroller (MCU) and compute strategy—creating an opportunity for a highly technical and commercially minded leader to help define the next generation of products and solutions.

This is not a traditional marketing role. You will operate at the intersection of engineering, product strategy, customer engagement, and business leadership—helping shape the future direction of a growing product portfolio while influencing customers, internal stakeholders, and executive leadership.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical credibility with strategic business acumen and enjoys translating customer challenges into profitable product and market opportunities. You'll help define what products get built, why they matter, how they're positioned, and where they create the greatest impact in the market.

Where You'll Add Value

• Define and drive strategic MCU and compute product roadmaps
• Develop go-to-market strategies for new product introductions
• Identify market opportunities, emerging trends, and growth initiatives
• Build strong relationships with strategic customers and industry partners
• Gather and translate customer requirements into actionable product strategies
• Influence future product development through market intelligence and customer feedback
• Partner closely with engineering, applications, sales, and executive leadership teams
• Support pricing strategy, market positioning, and competitive analysis efforts
• Deliver product training to sales, distribution, and customer-facing teams
• Lead product launch initiatives and collaborate with corporate marketing and communications teams
• Drive creation of technical marketing collateral, application content, white papers, and thought leadership materials
• Participate in annual business planning and long-range strategic initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline
• Experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Product Line Management, Strategic Marketing, or Technical Marketing within semiconductor, embedded systems, industrial automation, or related industries
• Strong understanding of microcontrollers (MCUs), embedded systems, compute platforms, or adjacent technologies
• Proven ability to influence product roadmaps and business strategy
• Experience working directly with customers, strategic accounts, and cross-functional teams
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities and drive revenue growth
• Experience supporting product launches and go-to-market initiatives
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling business value propositions
