• Overseeing daily service operations, including equipment installations and project coordination
• Monitoring performance metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Improving workflows, processes, and overall operational efficiency
• Leading, coaching, and developing team members to drive engagement and productivity
• Managing budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation
• Partnering with leadership to support company goals and growth initiatives
• Overseeing logistics, vendor relationships, and supply chain processes
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards
• Resolving operational challenges and implementing effective solutions

Requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in operations or service management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
