Eye Specialty Group is looking for a full-time or part-time ophthalmologist to join our team! Ophthalmologist Job Requirements Doctor of Medicine (MD) Board Certified Fellowship training preferred Retina and Glaucoma Specialty are preferred, plastics would be right after. Our ideal candidate will prize efficiency, developing rapport, and continuing to learn and develop their skillset Why You’ll Love This Position Job Opportunity: This is the perfect opportunity for an MD interested in primarily providing Retina and Glaucoma surgery alongside some clinical hours. Great Office: Our practice has 17 physicians total, including other MDs, 4 ODs that serve as doctor extenders, techs, scribes, and our front desk staff. Additionally we have a contract with 4 OD offices that are under our umbrella and a fantastic research department! Compensation & Schedule We offer a competitive compensation base with productivity bonus, as well medical, dental, vision, 401k, voluntary supplementary options, PTO, licensing fees, malpractice fees. On clinic days our MD can anticipate seeing 45‑60 patients a day and 10‑30 on surgery days.
