Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Individual and Business Income Tax Returns
- Prepare Bank reconciliations (QuickBooks & Manually)
- Prepare Quarterly Payroll Reports
- Prepare Year-end related accounting entries
- Data entry related to bookkeeping into accounting software
- Knowledge of general ledger accounting and reconciliation
- Tax Oriented
- Client Contact
- Ability to manage and work with strict deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly detail-oriented
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance (related field preferred)
- 1-5 years of experience in public accounting
- Proficiency in Lacerte, QuickBooks, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and confident
- Strong work ethics
