We have been in business since 1976. What We’re Looking For The candidate must be a reliable and hardworking individual, with a positive "can-do" attitude. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties would consist of answering phone calls in a timely manner, scheduling, making outbound calls & data entry. Who You Are Prefer at least one year experience handling multi-line phones Experience in scheduling and data entry Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly. Maintain a professional, friendly attitude especially when faced with a difficult customer Capable of following written or verbal direction and documented procedures. Maintain proficiency in computerized systems and other technologies as required. High School diploma/GED. Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
