About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales and Marketing to serve as a senior growth leader, with a primary focus on developing and executing strategic initiatives that enhance the company's presence and performance in the post-acute care market. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth across various service lines, including home health, hospice, and skilled nursing, and must have a proven track record in multi-site healthcare growth. Key responsibilities for this role include supporting the Senior Vice President in the development of enterprise growth strategies, driving measurable improvements in admissions, census, and revenue, and building and maintaining executive-level relationships to strengthen the company's market position. The role also involves leading cross-functional initiatives, utilizing CRM systems and market analytics, and developing high-performing sales and business development teams. Applicants for the Vice President of Sales and Marketing position at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and have a minimum of 12 years' of progressive healthcare sales or business development experience. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the post-acute care continuum, including referral flow, market dynamics, and competitive positioning, as well as strong knowledge of various healthcare payment models and their impact on growth strategy. Executive presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels are essential.
