Certified Nurse Assistant

Caregiver PositionWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide high-quality care and support to individuals who require assistance with daily living activities. The Caregiver will ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of our clients while respecting their dignity and promoting independence.Pay Range: $18 - $21Key Responsibilities:Personal Care: Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.Health Monitoring: Observe and report changes in clients' health conditions, ensure medication adherence, and assist with medical appointments.Household Duties: Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship, engage clients in meaningful activities, and promote social interaction.Transportation: Assist clients with transportation to appointments, shopping, and other errands as needed.Safety: Ensure a safe environment by following safety protocols and assisting with mobility aids and fall prevention measures.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of care provided, including daily logs, incident reports, and care plans.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience as a caregiver in a facility or in a similar role is preferred.Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, empathy, and patience.Certifications: Certification as a nursing assistant (CNA) is required.
