About The Role The company is hiring a Senior Accountant to join a growing finance team. This role reports to the Controller and will take ownership of a broad set of accounting responsibilities, helping to build and scale core financial processes in a fast-moving environment. You’ll work cross-functionally and play a key role in strengthening financial operations as the company continues to grow. What You’ll Do Support month-end close activities, including reconciliations and variance analysis Manage day-to-day accounting workflows across areas such as procure-to-pay and order-to-cash Assist with financial audits, including preparing schedules and coordinating with external auditors Support consolidations across entities Process payroll for hourly and salaried employees Oversee expense programs, including credit cards and reimbursements Support ERP system implementation efforts, including data migration and testing Coordinate with external partners on tax compliance What They’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA or strong knowledge of US GAAP 2–5 years of experience in public accounting, preferably from a Big Four or top-tier firm (e.g., BDO, Grant Thornton, Baker Tilly) 1+ years of industry experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment Solid understanding of accounting processes and controls Experience in a fast-paced or operationally complex environment is a plus Detail-oriented and comfortable wearing multiple hats Why This Role This is an opportunity to join a fast-scaling company working on impactful, real-world problems where software meets operations.
