Warehouse Picker

Our client, manufacturing and packaging operations, is seeking Packaging Line Associates to join their team. As a Packaging Line Associate, you will be part of the production team supporting day-to-day packaging, labeling, and quality checks. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to quality, the ability to follow detailed procedures, and the drive to stay focused in a fast-paced environment—skills that will help you succeed on the line.

Job Title: Packaging Line Associate

Location: Commack, NY

Pay Range: $17.00/hour

Shifts Available: 

• Monday - Thursday, 6pm - 6am 
• Friday - Sunday, 6am - 6pm 
• Friday - Sunday, 6pm - 6am 
• Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm 

What's the Job?

• Assemble, package, seal, and label products according to established procedures, quality standards, and production requirements.
• Inspect finished packages to identify, report, and help correct defects or inconsistencies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by following housekeeping and safety standards.
• Perform all tasks in strict adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Take personal responsibility for following safety protocols, operational procedures, and quality requirements while complying with company policies.

What's Needed?

• Ability to maintain productivity and keep pace with line speed and production demands.
• Must be able to lift, move, and handle materials as required to meet volume and operational needs.
• Ability to understand, follow, and comply with cGMPs, SOPs, and all safety regulations.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with high attention to detail and a commitment to product quality and accuracy.
