MRI Technologist - Full Time

MRI Technologist Opportunity In Watertown, NY

A leading healthcare client is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to join their Radiology team in Watertown, NY. You will interpret physicians' scanning instructions, prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, operate MRI scanners to produce diagnostic images, and follow patient safety protocols. You will function as the primary interface with patients and clinical staff to accomplish imaging needs and support departmental operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiography or MRI.
• MRI advanced level certification and state licensure as required by New York State.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum 12 months of MRI experience preferred. Experience in a hospital or acute care radiology environment preferred.
• Experience performing a range of MRI exams and documenting imaging procedures.
• Ability to work flex shifts. Availability for flex shifts 0900-2100 and weekend coverage as required.
• Ability to follow patient safety protocols and work under the direction of a radiologist.
