Watermill Center Event | Water Mill, NY (Hamptons)
June 23 – July 2, 2026
NYE Staffing is currently hiring Traffic Marshals and Cleaning Staff for a multi-day luxury event at the Watermill Center in the Hamptons. Reliable, professional, and punctual team members are needed for immediate placement.
Traffic Marshals
Responsibilities
- Direct vehicle traffic and parking flow
- Assist vendors, guests, and VIP arrivals
- Maintain safe access points and entrances
- Communicate with event management regarding traffic concerns
- Provide excellent customer service while managing vehicle movement
Requirements
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Previous event, security, parking, or traffic control experience preferred
Available Shifts
- June 23–24: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- June 25–28: 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM
- June 29–30: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Cleaning Staff
Responsibilities
- General event cleaning and maintenance
- Trash removal and disposal
- Restroom cleaning and replenishment
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Window cleaning and detailed cleaning tasks as assigned
- Support deep-cleaning operations before and after event days
Requirements
- Previous janitorial, housekeeping, or event cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and remain active throughout shift

- 5:00 AM – 10:00 AM (Deep Cleaning)
- 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

- 5:00 AM – 10:00 AM (Deep Cleaning)
- 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
June 28
- 5:00 AM – 10:00 AM (Deep Cleaning)
- 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
July 2
- 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM (Final Deep Cleaning)
