About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Electrical Systems to take on a pivotal role in the development and scaling of electrical systems strategy for a rapidly growing hyperscale data center product platform. The successful candidate will be tasked with transforming complex electrical infrastructure into a repeatable, manufacturable, and high-performance product, with a focus on end-to-end electrical scope, influencing electrical architecture, and driving standardization across deployments. This is a senior leadership position that requires a hands-on approach, from early architecture decisions to manufacturing integration and field performance. The role offers the opportunity to work in a builder's environment, with a strong emphasis on product and systems ownership, and the potential for significant impact on the future delivery of hyperscale infrastructure. Applicants for the Head of Electrical Systems role at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in commercial, industrial, or mission-critical electrical systems, with a proven track record of ownership from design to deployment. Strong leadership skills are essential, as the role involves building and leading a dedicated electrical team and driving cross-functional alignment. The ideal candidate will have a background in mission-critical redundancy architectures, experience in high-reliability environments, and exposure to prefabrication or modular construction. While an Electrical Engineering degree is not mandatory, a PE, Master Electrician, or equivalent senior field leadership experience is highly valued. The role requires a candidate with a strong technical background, including knowledge of NEC, NFPA, grounding and bonding, and power distribution systems, as well as hands-on experience with switchgear, generators, UPS systems, and utility coordination.
