We are dedicated landscape professionals committed to leading the industry in quality construction and highly satisfied clients.Position SummaryThe Landscape Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple large-scale residential projects, from providing estimation support to project completion. The role requires exceeding client satisfaction, financial performance, schedule, and quality goals. The Landscape Construction Project Manager should have extensive experience in construction management, including managing job-site safety programs, field layout, blueprint reading, budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination. They must also possess strong leadership skills to mentor and train team members.ResponsibilitiesOversee multiple large-scale residential projects from estimation to completionEnsure client satisfaction, financial performance, schedule adherence, and quality goals are metManage job-site safety programs to ensure a safe working environmentConduct field layout and coordinate with subcontractorsRead blueprints and visualize efficient construction methodsManage project budgets, scheduling, crew organization, and subcontractor coordinationUtilize creative construction means and methods to achieve desired resultsHandle financial management of assigned projects including negotiation and management of project buyoutsCultivate positive client relationships and address any concerns or issuesProvide leadership, mentoring, and training to Assistant Project Managers, Field Supervisors, Foremen, and Crew LeadersQualificationsMinimum of five years of relevant project management experience in landscape, site, or construction environmentsBachelor's Degree in Landscape Construction, Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, or a similar field, or equivalent experienceDemonstrated track record of successfully delivering construction projectsProficiency in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, scheduling programs, and project management toolsStrong communication skills and the ability to explain complex construction concepts to stakeholdersAmbitious and dedicated to advancing the landscape professionThe Perks401(k) plan with company matchMedical insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceFSA/HSAPerkSpotLong-Term Disability and Life InsurancePaid time OffTuition Reimbursement (after one year of service)Pay TransparencyMariani Enterprises LLC is committed to pay transparency and equity among all employees and provides employees with an environment where pay transparency and dialogue on compensation are allowed.
