Responsibilities Maintain proper inventory levels in assigned areas and ensure supplies are fully stocked. Monitor supply rotation and expiration dates to maintain quality and safety. Order supplies using requisitions, inventory systems, email, or verbal requests, ensuring accuracy of vendor and pricing information. Receive and verify incoming shipments against packing lists. Keep supply areas organized, accurate, and efficient. Support additional tasks that help the department run smoothly (because every day is a little different!). Qualifications Team‑first attitude with flexibility and a willingness to adapt. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to learn medical supplies and terminology. Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized. Proactive mindset—you notice what needs to be done and jump in. Bonus Points If You Have Previous inventory, supply chain, or healthcare experience. Experience working independently while managing multiple priorities.
