INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:

We are selectively partnering with contractors who meet the following: Proven experience in commercial cleaning (required) Ability to staff and manage accounts reliably Professional cleaning equipment and supplies (or ability to obtain) General liability insurance (required) Workers’ compensation coverage (as applicable) Reliable transportation Strong communication and accountability Commitment to quality, consistency, and professionalism Preferred: Experience with medical, office, or institutional facilities Ability to perform inspections and maintain quality control Capacity to take on recurring accounts The Opportunity City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking experienced commercial cleaning contractors to support our growing portfolio of commercial clients across the region. We manage facility maintenance for offices, medical facilities, schools, and industrial properties—and we are building a network of professional service partners who can deliver consistent, high-quality results. This is an opportunity to access steady, recurring commercial work without the need to prospect, bid blindly, or chase payments. The selected contractor will provide professional commercial cleaning services , including: General janitorial services (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal) Restroom cleaning and sanitation Breakroom and common area cleaning Floor care (hard surface maintenance, basic care programs) High-touch surface disinfection Periodic services (deep cleaning, detailing, specialty tasks as needed) Work may include: Nightly or scheduled recurring service (typically 5x per week or as defined) After-hours work in occupied facilities Coordination with facility managers and City Wide team You will be expected to: Follow defined scopes and specifications Maintain consistency and attention to detail Deliver inspection-ready results City Wide will: Manage the client relationship Define scope and service expectations Handle communication, billing, and collections You focus on: Executing consistently at a high level.
