• Manage front counter, mobile orders, kiosk support, and drive-thru handout
• Keep the lobby clean, stocked, and guest-ready
• Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally
• Deliver memorable greetings, service, and thank-yous
• Earn positive mentions in VOICE surveys
• Work fast, stay sharp, and remain coachable
