FSE FEAS Process Lead

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end FEAS/FSE intake, scoping, and governance activities from feature definition through planning readiness.
• Drive alignment across Functional Safety, Cybersecurity, OTA, Feature Package, and Engineering stakeholders to ensure impact clarification and assessment completion.
• Ensure scope, use cases, boundary diagrams, and concept requirements are sufficiently defined and complete for downstream technical evaluations.
• Track and manage open questions arising from SCA Intake Reviews and drive timely closure with responsible stakeholders.
• Maintain Jira hygiene by ensuring fields, statuses, and task progress are accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Provide capacity planning and Target PI planning inputs based on assessment status, scope maturity, dependency closure, and readiness metrics.
• Support cross-functional collaboration to facilitate feature assessment, planning, and engineering execution activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience with Python for data analysis, automation, status reporting, process optimization, and workflow efficiency improvements.
• Hands-on experience with MagicDraw for feature definition, boundary diagrams, systems engineering artifacts, and MBSE-related activities.
• Strong quality and data analysis skills to assess completeness, identify gaps, and support evidence-based planning and decision-making.
• Expertise in Jira workflow management, real-time status tracking, and maintaining project data accuracy.
• Working knowledge of Functional Safety impact assessment processes and cross-domain technical evaluation workflows.
• Experience in automotive feature scoping, systems engineering, FEAS/FSE planning, or technical project management.
• Exposure to Functional Safety, Cybersecurity, OTA , and Feature Package assessment and planning processes.
• Ability to translate ambiguous feature requests into well-defined engineering scope, assumptions, dependencies, open issues, and action plans.
• Experience facilitating and coordinating multi-stakeholder technical reviews, assessments, and approval forums.
• Hands-on experience maintaining engineering planning and project tracking data using Jira or similar ALM/project management tools.
