Our organization is excited to announce a full-time position for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Geriatrician as part of our expanding Geriatrics program.

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Position Overview:

• Provide post-acute and long-term care for patients in skilled nursing facilities
• Access to onsite clinic ancillary services, primary care, and specialty support
• After-hours coverage (10 PM - 7 AM) is managed by the MD Triage team
• No weekend shifts required

Qualifications:

• Valid California Medical License
• Completion of a Geriatric Medicine Fellowship
• DEA Certification
• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Geriatrics
