District Manager - Advanced Wound Care (Southwest Region)

District Manager – Advanced Wound Management (Smith+Naphew) At Smith+Naphew we design and manufacture technology that extends the limits of living. In this role you will lead a team of account managers selling our wound dressing product portfolio, including the LEAF patient monitoring device. Responsibilities Foster a collaborative team environment between team members and other Advanced Wound Management support teams. Ensure proper account manager territory coverage, account penetration, and sales time allocation. Support and coach team members on sales skills through weekly field rides. Provide resources and mentorship for overcoming field obstacles. Identify account managers with leadership potential and collaborate with AVP to build development opportunities. Identify, assess, and address opportunities for performance improvement. Facilitate the credentialing process required for entry into healthcare facilities, including COVID‑19 vaccine management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. 3+ years medical sales managerial experience. Minimum of 5 years medical sales experience and demonstrated success with complex sales processes. Proven ability to present key concepts and recommendations to customers in formal and informal settings. Previous experience as a sales trainer preferred. Strong analytical skills including pipeline management, territory analysis, and territory management. Professional training program experience (e.g., Challenger Selling).
