Supervisor Support Warehouse Team Lead

Position Overview Ryder is hiring a Permanent Full Time Team Lead in Wilmington, IL. Compensation and Schedule Hourly Pay: $23 per hour. Schedule: Sunday to Tuesday 5:00 pm–4:30 am, Wednesday 5:00 pm–10:45 pm. Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting. Allocate resources and organize daily work duties. Guide team towards KPIs using appropriate leadership styles. Provide orientation and necessary tools to new employees. Promote health and safety practices. Handle paperwork: picking sheets, returns, bills of lading. Submit daily reports and recommend action plans. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). At least 1 year powered industrial truck experience (preferred). At least 1 year team lead experience (preferred). At least 1 year Microsoft Office experience (preferred). At least 1 year warehouse experience (preferred). Knowledge and experience with advanced RF scanners (required). Valid forklift operator’s license. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Effective leadership skills. Flexible to work fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to work independently and as a team member. Excellent organizational skills. Proactive approach to responsibilities. Maintain composure under pressure. Follow health and safety methods. Bilingual (for Quebec locations only).
