Job Title: Production Assembler Plastic Static Mixers Job Description

This on-site role focuses on assembling and building plastic static mixers using a combination of manual and semi-automated production processes. You will perform hands-on assembly of plastic parts, support general production activities, and help maintain consistent output and quality standards in a structured, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble plastic static mixers using manual, semi-automated, and automated processes as required.
• Perform hands-on assembly of plastic parts with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency.
• Follow established production procedures and work instructions to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Work in a timely and efficient manner to maintain and support production quotas.
• Handle general production tasks, including preparing materials, organizing components, and maintaining a clean work area.
• Lift, move, and position materials and products as needed to support the assembly process.
• Inspect assembled products for defects or inconsistencies and make adjustments as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate any production issues or equipment concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and contribute to a safe and orderly production environment.

Essential Skills

• Experience in production or general manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on assembly experience, preferably with plastic components or similar materials.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as part of daily production and assembly tasks.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency in repetitive tasks.
• Capability to work efficiently to meet and maintain production quotas.
• Comfort working with manual, semi-automated, and automated assembly processes.
• Reliability and punctuality for an on-site swing shift schedule.
• Ability to thrive in structured, repetitive work while maintaining focus and quality.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in a contract or high-volume production environment is an asset.
• Experience working with plastic parts or similar assembly lines is beneficial.
• Comfort working in a team-based production setting.
• Local residency in or near Mound House, NV, as this is an on-site role.

Work Environment

The facility operates with structured processes, defined quotas, and a focus on safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.

This is a Contract position based out of Carson City, NV.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
