Job Responsibilities

• Develop Customized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and create individualized therapy strategies that support their functional goals

• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, medical doctors, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, multi-faceted care

• Evaluate and Record Progress: Monitor patient development and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring optimal recovery

Education Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution

Licensing and Certification

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
