Overview Seeking Independent Contractors to Perform Insurance Property Surveyors. Davies Risk Services is looking for independent contractors to perform insurance property surveys. This is a great opportunity for full-time or part-time work. Our contractors survey both residential and commercial properties. The survey includes taking photos of the property, obtaining property details and overall conditions, providing reports in a timely manner and submitting a report online. All survey reports need to be submitted through the PC/Desktop to include attachments. Responsibilities Survey residential and commercial properties. Take photos of properties and note details and overall condition. Provide reports in a timely manner and submit reports online with attachments. Qualifications / Requirements Reliable car to drive to inspections. Microsoft Windows 10 or newer computer. Smartphone or digital camera. Reliable home internet.
