ERP Administrator

Job Description We are looking for an ERP Administrator to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day administration of the company's ERP platform, including user access, roles, permissions, and configuration settings Act as the first call for ERP questions and issues, resolving problems quickly or escalating to vendors when needed Translate requests from Finance, Purchasing, Inventory, and other departments into system changes and workflow improvements Plan and carry out system updates, patches, and enhancements, including testing before rollout Build and maintain reports and data extracts that give teams the information they need Protect data accuracy by monitoring imports, integrations, and master data Maintain clear documentation of configurations, processes, and user guides Train new and existing users and share tips for getting more out of the system Spot repetitive manual work and recommend ways to automate or simplify it Qualifications 3+ years of experience administering or supporting an ERP system Working knowledge of ERP security, workflow setup, and user role design Familiarity with SQL and reporting tools Strong troubleshooting skills and a methodical approach to problem solving Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical users Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in an onsite environment What Our Client Offers A hands-on seat at the center of the business, where your fixes are felt the same day In-person collaboration with finance and operations teams in Columbus Freedom to shape how the ERP evolves instead of just keeping it on life support A role that touches many functions, from accounting to supply chain A team that appreciates someone who can find the root cause, not just the workaround Ringside Talent Acquisition Partners
