Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring a KS or compact license and specialized fetal monitoring and neonatal resuscitation certifications.

Details

• Work in the Labor and Delivery unit of a hospital setting
• Day shift schedule from 07:00 to 19:30
• Uses Cerner/OneChart EMR system
• 13-week contract assignment

Requirements

• Active KS or compact RN license required
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
• NRP certification required (AHA/American Academy of Pediatrics Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
• Ascension Fetal Monitoring certification required, or AWHONN/Relias equivalent completed within the past 2 years
• MOAB Moderate Risk de-escalation training required
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience required
• Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start
• Current license and primary source verification required within 30 days prior to start
• Copy of driver's license required for consideration
• Full SSN and DOB required for consideration
• Two separate professional references required

Additional Information

• Ceil blue scrubs required
• Provide direct patient care in a labor and delivery setting
• Radius rule applies which may affect pay rate eligibility for local candidates
• First-time travelers may be considered for this position
