Replenishment Analyst

Responsibilities Support and enhance the joint business between Murdoch’s and Ariat. Maximize Ariat product in-stock levels while maintaining ideal inventory turnover to drive additional sales for both companies. Leverage data and tools to produce insights and opportunities to drive better inventory and sales performance. Plan and execute inventory management functions including product fulfillment, forecasting and replenishment for Ariat Branded Product. Develop longer-term joint business forecasts for Murdoch’s and Ariat. Forecast demand down to the SKU level. Maximize productivity of inventory for the supplier at distribution centers and stores. Evaluate opportunities for replenishment levels for stores. Provide in‑depth analysis on service level targets, in‑stock and inventory turn targets. Travel to Ariat facilities and Murdoch’s stores as required. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for Ariat. Support new item entrance and exit strategies, analysis and execution. Provide new store assortment recommendations. Collaborate with key cross‑functional teams to ensure inventory levels align with financial goals. Requirements 4–5 years of experience in forecasting / replenishment, supply chain analysis, demand planning, logistics or transportation (retail environment preferred). Track record of consistent performance and ability to influence cross‑functionally. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered. Apparel and/or footwear background a plus. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, finance, business, statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience). MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Excellent office computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.) and preferred experience with replenishment/forecasting systems. Data mining, proven experience in reporting systems. Sound understanding of supply chain principles. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks. Detail oriented with aptitude for retail math, logical analysis and creative problem solving.
