Enrichment Partner (Caregiver) Lucy Anne's Place Adult Day Program- 16752 N. Greasewood St., Surprise, AZ. $15.65 per hour non-negotiable due to contract rates. Schedule 8:45am to 2:15pm, Monday–Friday. (Programs closed evenings and weekends.) Make a Difference Every Day. Create Meaningful Moments. At Benevilla, our mission is simple: Enrich lives. As an Enrichment Partner, you will: Support members in engaging, meaningful enrichment activities. Assist with personal care and daily living needs. Build positive, respectful relationships with members and teammates. Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and structured environment. Provide coverage support based on member ratio needs. What You’ll Need: Reliable transportation to the Peoria, Sun City, or Surprise area. High school diploma or GED. 1–2 years of current or recent caregiving or adult day program experience (dementia experience a plus). Ability to pass a background check. Current, unexpired Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR certification, TB clearance, First Aid, Food Handlers Card, and Article 9 certification. (We provide assistance with costs).
