Field Training Coach: Elevate Rig Safety & Skills
Precision Drilling
Precision Drilling is seeking a Field Training Coach to guide field crews across Colorado and Wyoming. You will coach, mentor, and train on hazard identification, risk mitigation, and safe rig operations through hands‑on, in‑field support. You’ll work a 2‑weeks‑on/2‑weeks‑off rotational schedule, travel to rig sites, reinforce safety, and develop crew competencies with performance assessments. A strong safety record and relevant certifications are required. #J-18808-Ljbffr Precision Drilling
