While there is not an immediate assignment available, we are actively building a pool of talent for future Mid-Level Project Managers to Operations needs. Candidates selected through this process may be contacted as opportunities become available.In this role, you will: Analyze and document current-state business processes, workflows, and operating procedures.Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.Facilitate process discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews.Develop future-state process designs, process maps, and business requirements.Collaborate with business and technology teams to implement process improvements.Establish KPIs, metrics, and reporting to measure process effectiveness.Conduct root cause analysis and recommend solutions to improve productivity and quality.Support change management and user adoption activities for new processes.Ensure process documentation is maintained and aligned with governance standards.Participate in Agile project teams and support continuous improvement initiatives.Who You Are: 3–7 years of experience in Process Analysis, Business Analysis, Continuous Improvement, or related roles.Strong experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Signavio, or similar).Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Management (BPM), or Operational Excellence methodologies.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple business functions.Bachelor's degree required.Experience supporting enterprise transformation, ERP, HRIS, ServiceNow, or digital transformation initiatives.Agile/Scrum experience.Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or related certification.Consulting or process improvement experience.Total Rewards:  We proudly offer competitive compensation, and a comprehensive and well-rounded benefits package for full-time employees that have been designed to nourish your well-being.
