We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Florida Licensed Insurance Agents to join our team. Ideal candidates will be responsible for selling insurance policies and providing exceptional customer service to clients. This role requires strong communication skills, a knack for negotiation, and the ability to analyze client needs to recommend appropriate insurance solutions. What We’re Looking For:

• Active Florida 2-20 License (General Lines Agent) ( can achieve 215 license within first 60days)

• Proven track record of success in property & casualty insurance

• Deep understanding of Florida insurance markets and regulations

• Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated with leadership potential

• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills

• Motivated, results-driven, and ready to help build a best-in-class agency
