Account Representative
The account representative deploys skills in sales and marketing to promote various financial products, ensuring compliance with goals and procedures established by the institution.
Essential Functions:
- Promote actively different financial products, adapting sales strategies to meet and exceed established goals.
- Manage the complete loan process, from application to disbursement, providing guidance and assistance to clients.
- Perform administrative tasks related to the loan process, including collection, telemarketing, posting payments in the cash box, and cash reconciliation.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Perform post-sale follow-up to ensure service quality and continuous customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and policies of the financial institution at all stages of the process.
- Collaborate with other internal departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient resolution of any problems.
- Stay updated on financial products offered, as well as changes in relevant policies and regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum fourth-year diploma.
- Previous experience in sales or offering financial products or services.
- Ability to meet sales goals.
- Experience in handling cash register.
