Junior Account Executive

Relevnt Solutions is a sales firm contracted by nationally recognized brands to grow their customer base through direct, business-to-business sales. When a client partners with us, they're not outsourcing a function; they're gaining a committed growth partner. We're hiring a Junior Account Executive to join our team. This role focuses on working with small and mid-sized businesses from first contact through close. That means finding new accounts, building relationships, and putting together the right solution for each business's needs. Your day-to-day will include: Own the full sales cycle with small and medium-sized businesses across the Bay Area Identify and develop new small and mid-sized business accounts Building lasting client relationships with business owners and decision makers Applying proven sales techniques to meet and exceed goals Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline in CRM Participating in ongoing coaching, workshops, and professional development Contributing to a strong, positive team culture and celebrating wins What We're Looking For: Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required 0 to 3 years in a customer-facing, sales, or service role.
