EXPERIENCED AUTOMOTIVE F&I PROFESSIONALS WANTED

C. Harper Auto Group is looking for an experienced, motivated and highly professional Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team in Belle Vernon.

If you know how to structure deals, work lenders, maximize product penetration, maintain compliance, protect gross and deliver an exceptional customer experience , we want to talk with you.

This is a high-impact position for an experienced automotive professional who understands that great F&I performance requires the right combination of sales ability, lender relationships, compliance, organization and customer trust.

COMPENSATION

• $120,000 $200,000+ annual earning potential

This is a performance-based automotive management position. Actual earnings will vary based on experience, production and results.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Guide customers through the automotive financing process

• Secure competitive financing for vehicle purchases

• Submit deals to multiple lenders

• Work directly with banks, credit unions and finance companies

• Structure deals for approval and profitability

• Present finance options professionally

• Present F&I products and protection options

• Sell vehicle service contracts

• Present GAP and applicable protection products

• Present maintenance and ownership-protection programs

• Maximize product penetration while maintaining a customer-focused approach

• Protect dealership gross profit

• Review credit applications

• Work with a variety of customer credit profiles

• Obtain lender approvals

• Negotiate with lenders when appropriate

• Prepare finance and lease contracts

• Ensure accurate completion of all required documentation

• Oversee contract signing and vehicle delivery documentation

• Support remote-signing and offsite-delivery transactions

• Ensure deals are funded quickly and accurately

• Audit completed transactions

• Identify and resolve funding issues

• Maintain accurate deal jackets and documentation

• Stay current with lender programs and requirements

• Maintain required certifications

• Follow all federal, state and local regulations

EXPERIENCED F&I PROFESSIONALS KNOW THE NUMBERS THAT MATTER.

We're looking for someone who understands:

PVR.

Product penetration.

Service-contract penetration.

GAP penetration.

Reserve.

Approval rates.

Funding speed.

Chargebacks.

Compliance.

Gross profit.

Customer satisfaction.

You should understand how all of these pieces work together to create a successful F&I department.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Automotive F&I experience strongly preferred

• Automotive dealership experience

• Strong understanding of automotive lending

• Proven ability to structure deals

• Experience working with multiple lenders

• Understanding of lender guidelines

• Strong F&I product knowledge

• Knowledge of vehicle service contracts and protection products

• Understanding of finance and lease documentation

• Knowledge of title and registration requirements

• Strong understanding of federal and state compliance requirements

• Experience with remote signing and vehicle-delivery processes preferred

• Strong negotiation abilities

• Excellent presentation skills

• Strong closing ability

• Excellent organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously

• Strong written and verbal communication

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• High level of integrity

• Customer-focused approach

• Valid driver's license

Bachelor's degree preferred, but successful automotive F&I experience and demonstrated performance can be more important than a degree.

F&I is a major profit center.

But long-term success requires more than simply selling products.

We're looking for someone who can professionally explain available protection products, answer questions, understand customer needs and give customers the information necessary to make informed decisions.

The objective is strong production and a professional customer experience.

COMPLIANCE ISN'T OPTIONAL.

An excellent F&I Manager understands that every deal has to be profitable and compliant .

You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and following applicable:

• Federal regulations

• Pennsylvania requirements

• Lender requirements

• Dealership policies

• Privacy requirements

• Disclosure requirements

• Title and registration procedures

• Manufacturer requirements

Every deal needs to be clean, accurate and fundable.

GET THE DEAL FUNDED.

Selling the vehicle isn't the end of the transaction.

You'll help ensure contracts are submitted correctly and funded quickly.

• Complete documentation

• Accurate contracts

• Correct lender stipulations

• Prompt follow-up

• Resolving funding issues

• Auditing completed deals

• Minimizing unnecessary delays

• Maintaining communication with lenders and dealership management
