Location: Remote – Pacific Time

Classification: Contract – Freelance (8 to 12 hours per week)

Compensation: $40.00 per hour, negotiable based on experience

About the role

VaultBio is a biopharma commercialization strategy firm. We're looking for someone to support the execution of our LinkedIn presence, working from a content calendar built by our marketing manager. This role combines design with day-to-day marketing execution: you'll build the visuals, but you'll also help manage scheduling, posting, and performance tracking. Part-time, remote contract: ~8-12 hours per week, 2-4 posts weekly.

What you'll do

• Design static LinkedIn graphics (single images and multi-slide carousels) based on briefs and copy from the marketing manager
\n
• Apply VaultBio's brand guidelines consistently across every asset (colors, typography, layout)
\n
• Turn dense industry topics into visuals that are clean, credible, and easy to scan for a senior pharma/biotech audience
\n
• Schedule and publish posts on LinkedIn according to the content calendar
\n
• Light copy editing tighten captions, adjust for LinkedIn best practices, suggest minor wording improvements
\n
• Work directly with the marketing manager on turnaround, revisions, and calendar adjustments
\n
• Support the marketing manager on content calendar development, messaging, and voice
\n
• Monitor comments and flag engagement opportunities or issues to the marketing manager
\n
• Track post-performance (engagement, reach, follower growth) and report monthly on what's working
\n
• Deliver files in the format and specs LinkedIn requires
\n

What we're looking for

\n
• 2+ years of experience across graphic design and digital marketing execution, ideally with B2B, corporate, or professional services content
\n
• Strong command of layout, hierarchy, and typography. Comfortable following a brand system precisely, not reinterpreting it
\n
• Hands-on experience managing and scheduling social content, ideally on LinkedIn
\n
• Comfortable pulling basic performance metrics and summarizing them clearly
\n
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Figma, or comparable design tool
\n
• Reliable communication and turnaround. This role works independently but on a delivery schedule
\n
• Portfolio required

• Experience in pharma, biotech, healthcare, or life sciences
\n
• Familiarity with data visualization (charts, simple infographics)
\n
• Experience with LinkedIn analytics or social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, native LinkedIn analytics)
