Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, creating personalized treatment plans that encompass both short-term and long-term goals.
• Deliver therapy services utilizing evidence-based methodologies, including cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques, tailored to the unique circumstances of each client.
• Engage collaboratively with clients, establishing therapeutic goals in partnership to ensure a productive treatment process.
• Employ a diverse array of therapeutic techniques to address various disorders such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.
• Maintain precise documentation of therapy sessions, client progress, and treatment adjustments, adhering to ethical and legal standards.
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to exchange ideas, discuss challenges, and stay updated on best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A minimum of a master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Demonstrated empathy and understanding of clients’ unique experiences and challenges, fostering a comfortable atmosphere for therapy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for effectively managing a caseload and keeping documentation current.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a telehealth setting, highlighting proficiency with virtual therapy platforms and electronic medical records.

• Experience in group therapy or community support settings is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range of $90,000 - $105,000, determined by caseload and client hours.
