Together, the combined company offers a uniquely integrated platform that connects biology across blood and tissue—advancing precision medicine from discovery to diagnostics.Role SummaryThe IT Compliance Analyst supports Quanterix's IT compliance and risk management programs by helping ensure systems, processes, and controls meet internal policies and external regulatory requirements. This role contributes to maintaining compliance across a range of frameworks, including SOX, cybersecurity, and applicable regulations impacting enterprise and laboratory systems. Working cross-functionally with IT, Security, Quality, and business teams, the IT Compliance Analyst assists in control monitoring, documentation, and audit support activities. This role plays a key part in strengthening the company's overall control environment within a regulated and technology-driven organization.What You'll DoSupport IT compliance programs, including SOX, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirementsAssist in the documentation, review, and maintenance of IT controls, policies, and proceduresPerform control testing and monitoring activities to ensure ongoing compliancePartner with IT and business stakeholders to identify risks and support remediation effortsSupport internal and external audits by gathering documentation and responding to audit requestsMaintain compliance documentation, including policies, standards, and control matricesTrack and report on compliance issues, risks, and remediation activitiesAssist in risk assessments related to systems, infrastructure, and applicationsSupport systems in scope for compliance, including ERP platforms, cloud environments, and laboratory systems (e.g., LIMS)Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, including process enhancements and automation opportunitiesBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in IT compliance, IT audit, risk management, or a related field; or 3 years with a Master's degreeWorking knowledge of IT controls and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, SOC, NIST, or ISO)Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting compliance in a public company or regulated environmentFamiliarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle)Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and related compliance considerationsExperience with regulated environments (e.g., GxP or laboratory systems such as LIMS)Professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISSP, or similarExperience with GRC tools and compliance tracking systemsStrong documentation and organizational skillsExpectations, Competencies, Skills & AbilitiesWork in Billerica, MA (Hybrid - 3 days in office 2 days work from home)Travel 10%Must lift 25 pounds (if applicable)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsEffective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teamsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesSound judgment and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently while contributing to a team environmentWhy You'll Like Working With UsFrom discovery to diagnostics, Quanterix's ultrasensitive biomarker detection is fueling breakthroughs only made possible through its unparalleled sensitivity and flexibility.
