OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Sioux Falls, SD by HMD Trucking

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Primary Duties:

• Deliver dry van freight across long-haul routes, ensuring timely and safe deliveries.
• Complete pre/post-trip inspections, accurate logs, and required electronic paperwork.

Standards & Expectations:

• Maintain DOT compliance, safety-first operating habits, and clear dispatch communication.

Minimum Qualifications: CDL-A license and at least 12 months verifiable driving experience. Competitive mileage pay starts at 65 CPM with bonuses for safe, clean performance.
