Canvassing Representative / Direct Marketing Associate Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Schedule 7 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Canvassing Representative Full Time – 40 hours Monday-Friday 12pm - 7pm Saturday as needed, due to weather. Successful candidates can start earning at $20/hour with a potential bonus starting on average at $1000 biweekly commission, plus $1,000 per 4-week period (uncapped Bonus plan!). Your performance dictates your earning potential. Responsibilities What You’ll Do Knock on doors and connect with homeowners to introduce Renewal by Andersen’s window and door solutions. Work independently in assigned neighborhoods using company tools to track leads and territory data. Represent our brand with professionalism, positivity, and product knowledge. Share ideas to improve canvassing strategies and customer engagement. Attend team meetings and stay up to date on promotions and best practices. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Strong communication skills and a friendly, persuasive personality. Self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset.
