Junior Project Manager

Providing operational support for graphic and packaging projects, the full-time Junior Project Manager will coordinate client requests, manage order processes, and track project timelines in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Act as the main operational contact for regional client requests, keeping them informed of project status Receive briefs, check incoming materials, and create clear work orders for the production team Monitor project timelines, anticipate delays, and ensure timely delivery of artwork and packaging materials Required qualifications Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields 1 to 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Account Support, Project Coordination, or client-facing roles Strong background or understanding of Design, Marketing, Advertising, Prepress, or Production environments Native or fluent Spanish language skills for day-to-day communication across LATAM Intermediate English language skills (A2-B1) for corporate tools and systems
