You'll work hands-on with hardware, software, and device management — troubleshooting issues, maintaining systems, and delivering an exceptional technology experience to your colleagues every day. This role offers the opportunity to develop deep technical expertise alongside collaborative IT professionals in a modern, state-of-the-art office environment.What You'll DoProviding Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions — creating and tracking helpdesk tickets through resolution.Troubleshooting hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.Deploying and maintaining desktop and laptop systems, peripherals, and related equipment across the organization.Supporting system imaging, updates, and ongoing maintenance to keep infrastructure current and secure.Evaluating and testing new hardware and software versions, recommending upgrades that improve performance and reliability.Adhering to established policies for change management, asset tracking, and information security, while maintaining thorough documentation of procedures and resolutions.Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to resolve complex issues and deliver seamless technology experiences.Participating in an on-call rotation for remote support during evenings and weekends as needed.What You BringBachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft), or equivalent work experience.Strong customer service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency with Windows 11, Microsoft Office, and desktop support tools.Experience with Active Directory, WSUS, SCCM, Intune, Autopilot, PDQ, or similar device management platforms.Familiarity with network technologies (DNS, DHCP, NSLookup) and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., route cables, and position equipment within an office environment.Familiarity with generative AI tools and their practical application in a business support environment is a plus.Why You'll Love Working at KinsaleCompetitive Pay & Bonus Opportunities – Rewarding performance and initiative.Comprehensive Benefits – Health, dental, and vision insurance with up to $3,600 (individual) or $7,000 (family) in HSA contributions per year.Work-Life Balance – Generous paid time off including 22 days of PTO and 10 paid company holidays.Career Growth – Clear promotion paths, mentorship, and ongoing professional development.Retirement & Security – Up to 6% matching 401(k) contributions on base salary and bonus, standard life insurance, and disability coverage.Continuous Learning – Annual $3,000 reimbursement for educational training and certifications.Integrity & ResponsibilityKinsale values strong financial responsibility.
