???? What You'll Do• Perform signature Blo blowouts, braids, updos, bridal styling, makeup, and extension services

• Deliver Blo's signature Pink Carpet Guest Experience

• Build lasting relationships with guests through exceptional service

• Recommend memberships, retail products, and service enhancements

• Participate in ongoing education and team training

• Maintain a clean, organized, luxury salon environment

• Help create an upbeat, positive experience for every guest and teammate
